support for the Adult Literacy Services programs, and performs related duties
as required
performs
a variety of activities in the provision of direct educational and remedial
literacy services, evaluates and makes decisions regarding prospective
students, plans and implements tutor training, manages and supports volunteers
and students, monitors student progress, keeps accurate data and provides
regular reports to Adult Literacy Program Manager
improve
students' literacy skills to help them become part of a literate, confident,
and creative community of life-long learners. We offer literacy enrichment,
homework help, and mentoring in a safe after school environment
