On Friday,
October 27th, Literacy Volunteers – Huntington Beach Public Library will
host “Wine & Words,” our 5th annual fundraising event in support of our
literacy program. =Join us as we raise funds and awareness of adult literacy in
our community.
The event
will be held at the Meadlowlark Golf Club from 7-10 pm. Parking is free! Registration
is $65 per person. We will be tasting a variety of wines from your
wine specialists at Southern Hemisphere Wine Center. Light hors
d'oeuvres will be served. Visit

Jami Goldman Marseilles, motivational speaker, teacher and
gold medal athlete inspires and connects with the audience on the importance of
dedication, perseverance, stamina, strength and triumph.
You will
hear from literacy participants, as well as our keynote speaker, who is sure to
inspire with her story of overcoming adversity.
