to age 5 for school entry and success. Workshops for families promoting early
literacy, learning and parenting skills are offered

literacy support, including meeting with volunteers, adult learners, and
working with families and children during outreach at local schools
Supporting
library patrons at public service desks
assist
students with homework assignments and improving educational skills; assist patrons
with job search skills and resume preparation; etc
